Technologies have fascinated artists, educators, writers, communicators. Do they deliver on their promises? Is the new digital age an age of empowerment or of diminution? There is no uniform answer to these questions. But after a quarter of a century of fast changing landscapes, we can start looking at effective strategies for negotiating the technological migration.
