The 10th Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World will be celebrated in Ireland from November 17 to 23.
Organized by the Embassy of Italy in Ireland, the Italian Trade and Investment Agency (ITA), the Italian Institute of Culture, and the Italian-Irish Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Italian National Tourist Board (ENIT) and ALMA, this edition is titled “Italian Cuisine: Health, Culture, and Innovation”.
On November 17, an informative event will explore the topic of wild herbs and their benefits in Italian culinary tradition.
In the following days, masterclasses will be organized in Cork and Dublin, followed by two competitions featuring students from various Irish culinary schools.
