‘La casa sulle nuvole’ is the debut work of director Claudio Giovannesi.
Two brothers, Lorenzo and Michele, live in a large house in Rome. The former plays jazz and is extroverted, while the latter is more introverted and raises Labradors. They discover that their father, who escaped abroad many years ago, is in Morocco and has sold their house. They embark on a long journey to discover their father. A film about life changes and the possibilities that unfold, following in the footsteps of ‘Marrakech Express’ by Gabriele Salvatores.
The film will be screened in Italian with English subtitles and will be preceded by an analysis of the context and the director’s work.
