The 5th Italian Irish Constitutional Conversation is organised by the Devotional Club, Italian association of constitutionalists, Law and comparative historians from 45 universities and research institutes, in partnership with colleagues from Trinity College Dublin.
During the meeting, entitled “THE COLLABORATIVE CONSTITUTION: A RELATIONAL APPROACH A COMPARISON BETWEEN IRELAND AND ITALY” Roberto Borrello, Alessandro Torre, Aileen Kavanagh, Nicola Lupo, Maria Dicosola, Tom Hickey will all participate.
Under the aegis of the Trinity College and of the Devolution Club, Irish and Italian constitutional lawyers will meet in a friendly conversation on the new trends of a collaborative spirit may help, in their countries and elsewhere, to facilitate the fulfilment of a truly democratic life.
