The DIFF – Dublin International Film Festival will take place in Dublin from 22nd February to 2nd March, bringing together the best of world cinema production.
Thanks to the collaboration with the Italian Institute of Culture, the Italian movie “La Chimera” (2023) by Alice Rohrwacher will be screened on Tuesday 27th at 6pm.
“La Chimera” is set in the Tuscia area of Viterbo in the 1980s. In the fictional Riparbella, a group of tomb raiders earn their living by stealing Etruscan artifacts. Among them there is also Arthur, a young Englishman with a special gift and a broken heart after the disappearance of his beloved Beniamina.
