Here is a series of podcasts for all fans of Italian history and foreign policy: “Storie Diplomatiche/Diplomatic Stories”.
This initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) aims to promote the archival and documentary heritage of the MAECI, and to promote knowledge of the history of Italian foreign policy, through compelling stories of the documents kept in the Archivio Storico Diplomatico/Historical Diplomatic Archive and interventions by academics and scholars. Short videos are associated with audio recordings.
The first six episodes, entitled “Quando le armi tacciono/When weapons are silent“, focus on the action of Italian diplomacy at the end of wars and conflicts. Watch the video presentation HERE.
