9TH WEEK OF THE ITALIAN CUISINE IN THE WORLD – “Mediterranean Diet and the Recipes from Our Roots: Health and Tradition”

From 16 to 22 November 2024 the 9th edition of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World will be celebrated in Ireland.

Organised by the Embassy of Italy in Ireland, the Italian Trade and Investment Agency (ITA) and the Italian-Irish Chamber of Commerce – in collaboration with the Italian National Tourist Board (ENIT) and the Italian Institute of Culture – this edition is entitled ‘Mediterranean Diet and the Recipes from Our Roots: Health and Tradition’ and will focus on truffles. On the 19th November a meeting will gather importers, journalists, catering and tourism operators, aiming to promote Mediterranean cuisine and Italian lifestyle. The exhibition “Scent of Italy: the Truffle” will also be displayed. The 18th November a cinematic event open to all will be held at the Odeon Point Square Cinema (more information at this link).
