An evening full of Italian cultural events (music, art, literature, cinema) on the occasion of “Culture Night 2024”.
On Friday 20th September 2024 from 4pm until 9pm you are welcome to join us for:
- Reading and games from Geronimo Stilton & Timpa books, in collaboration with Comites Ireland
- Screening of 10 Italian short movies
- Two concerts “Jazz Italiano: Classic Songs Reimagined” by Dolce Vita Trio
- Three live virtual guided tours dedicated to the discovery of great works of Italian artists, with the help of GigaPixel images (Leonardo’s “Lady with an Ermine” ; Michelangelo’s “Doni Tondo” ; Raffaello’s “La Fornarina”)
All events are free. Limited seats are available so booking is recommended via Eventbrite.
IIC participates to Culture Night as part of the EUNIC cluster Dublin and adheres to the European Culture Trail initiative. For those visiting European Culture Trail events in person, you can take your “European Culture Trail Treasure Hunt” passport and collect stamps or signatures at each stop. Those passports with the most stamps at the end of the night will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win some wonderful prizes.
