In this unique duo, pianist Francesco Turrisi and nyckelharpa virtuoso Marco Ambrosini come together to explore the fertile crossroads of early music, traditional Italian and Mediterranean sounds, and improvisation.
Drawing from their deep roots in historical performance and contemporary practices, they create an intimate sonic world where ancient timbres and modern sensibilities coexist. The unusual pairing of piano and nyckelharpa opens up surprising textures and colours, offering listeners a fresh and timeless musical experience.
