The film (117’) was presented at the Festival di Cannes 2022 competition and chosen to represent Italy at the Oscar Awards 2023 for the selection of the best international films.
The plot: Felice Lasco returns to Naples after living in Egypt for many years. He loses himself in his city amongst the stones of the houses and the churches of the Sanità district, but when it becomes evident that Naples represents a life now lost for him and that he should return as soon as possible to where he came from, he becomes stuck by the invincible powers of nostalgia…
