Lunedì al Cinema – La febbre

Mario Bettini is a man in his thirties who, despite being full of life and creativity, still lives with his mother. Concerned for their welfare, she would like to see her son working as a civil servant, while Mario dreams of opening a nightclub. When he gets a job at the local prefecture, his mother is satisfied. However, he will soon have to face a great deal of bureaucracy, subterfuges and humiliations.

Lunedì al Cinema (Monday at the Cinema) is a series of screenings dedicated to Italian contemporary cinema, promoted in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. All the films are shown at the IIC in Italian with English subtitles. Free admission.
