The annual appointment with the Italian Short Film Center returns with a programme of 5 short films that will be screened on the occasion of the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year, during an evening at the Italian Institute of Culture. Celebrated in more than fifty countries, the Short Film Day represents an ideal showcase for short works that rarely leave the festival circuit during the year.
The titles chosen for the 2024 edition are:
- “Api” by Luca Ciriello (2023, 20’),
- “Bad Penny” by Yuri Costantino (2023, 15’),
- “Mariposa” by Maurizio Forcella (2023, 14’),
- “Il compleanno di Enrico” by Francesco Sossai (2023, 17’),
- “La Petite Mort” by Emanuele Daga (2023, 9’).
The short films will be screened in Italian with English subtitles.
Overall duration: 75’.
