Alberto Crespi is the author of “Storia d’Italia in 15 film” (A History of Italy in 15 films), published by Laterza in 2016. He is a cinema critic, a journalist and one of the presenters of the very popular national radio3 programme Hollywood Party .
In his talk Alberto Crespi will explore the history of Italy following the thread offered by the images and the scenes of a few masterpieces of Italian cinema. From the Risorgimento to today’s Italy, through the films of Blasetti, Fellini, Comencini, Pasolini, Rossellini, Moretti… and many more.
