{"id":17280,"date":"2025-10-08T13:28:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-08T11:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iicdublino.esteri.it\/chi-siamo\/contatti\/invio-di-proposte-eventi\/"},"modified":"2025-10-08T13:57:16","modified_gmt":"2025-10-08T11:57:16","slug":"invio-di-proposte-eventi","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/iicdublino.esteri.it\/en\/chi-siamo\/contatti\/invio-di-proposte-eventi\/","title":{"rendered":"Event Proposal Submission"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for your interest in our Institute!<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to submit a proposal for a cultural event, please send an e-mail to: <a href=\"mailto:iicdublino@esteri.it\">iicdublino@esteri.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the high volume of proposals we receive daily, <strong>we are only able to respond to those that are considered suitable for the Institute&#8217;s cultural programming.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proposals may cover a wide range of fields (art, music, cinema, theatre, dance, fashion, design, photography, science, etc.) and will be evaluated based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artistic and professional quality;<\/li>\n<li>Significance within the context of our institutional mission and yearly programming;<\/li>\n<li>Logistical and financial feasibility, particularly in relation to touring opportunities in Ireland and partnerships with local entities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Before submitting your proposal, we recommend that you visit our website and our social media channels to better understand the type of events and projects we promote.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1408\">In order to help us reduce our digital footprint, we kindly ask you <strong data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1329\">not to include CVs<\/strong> and to keep the number of attachments to a minimum.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1553\">Please note that <strong data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1475\">any material sent via file-sharing platforms<\/strong> (such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) <strong data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1552\">will not be taken into consideration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Thank you for your interest in our Institute!
