The owners of an Italian textile factory sell a majority stake in the company to a multinational. No layoffs are planned, but
there’s a special clause in the agreement that the new owner wants the workers’ council to sign. Eleven women representing the whole factory will have to decide whether to accept the company’s request or not. As the debate rages on, the stories of the women, their hopes and memories, emerge on the way to the final vote.
This screening and its post-screening panel are presented with the support of TASC.
