Lunchtime recital at St. Ann's Church - Aldo De Vero & Giuseppe Campisi piano duo

Aldo De Vero and Giuseppe Campisi met in 2006 and decided to form a piano duet.
Since then, they have played an amazing number of concerts in Italy and Europe, though Aldo lives in Naples and Giuseppe lives in Avola, Sicily.
What makes their (very long distance!) rehearsal meetings fruitful and alive is the awakening of a deep-rooted love for music that unifies all the possible different interpretative perspectives in a respectful joy of music making. As a result their performances always lead audiences to an enthusiastic reaction.
Aldo and Giuseppe have most of the four-hand piano literature at their hands, and most of literature for two pianos. The musicians' innovative take on performing inspired some contemporary composers, like the Italian Gianfranco Gioia and the Norwegian Arnt Hakon Anesen, to write some pieces for the Duo.
