Artistic workshop with Maria Carmela Colaneri

Maria Carmela Colaneri boasts an extraordinary experience as a mint artist, responsible for the project. design and realization of many coins and medals for the Zecca dello Stato (Italian mint office), many of which are still in use today. Colaneri is the person behind the famous Dante Alighieri’s profile engraved on 2€ coin in Italy. And starting from that outline, that many of us have carried in their pockets on a daily basis, she will start a dialogue with the children, guiding them in the fascinating world of clay modelling.
