“Lunedì al Cinema” (Mondays at the Movies) festival is back with free live projections at the Italian Institute of Culture.
On Monday 19th September we will watch together “Mine vaganti” (Loose Cannons), a 2010 film by di Ferzan Özpetek.
The movie, set in sunny Apulia, tells of a modern family and of its various aspects and diversities - the "loose cannons" precisely - cleverly playing with a series of cliches on homosexuality and traditional family. With an exceptional cast: Riccardo Scamarcio, Lunetta Savino, Elena Sofia Ricci, Ilaria Occhini, Nicole Grimaudo, Alessandro Preziosi, Ennio Fantastichini and Daniele Pecci.
Enjoy the irony of this movie, although not forgetting the social themes.
