DIFF – Dublin International Film Festival

The Italian Institute of Culture in Dublin supports the Dublin International Film Festival, which will take place from 23 February to 6 March, through the screening of two Italian films among the best that the movie production industry has to offer worldwide:

– “Futura”, directed by Alice Rohrwacher, Francesco Munzi and Pietro Marcello, scheduled for Tuesday 1 March at 6.30 pm at the Light House Cinema.

– “Piccolo corpo” (Small body) directed by Laura Samani which will be screened on Wednesday 2 March at 4 pm at the Light House Cinema.

Both films, after the live screening, will also be available online for 72 hours.

This edition of the Dublin International Film Festival welcomes the participation of Vittorio Storaro, an Italian cinematographer widely recognized as one of the best and most influential in Cinema history.

He has received three Academy Awards for Best Cinematography for the films Apocalypse Now (1979), Reds (1981), and The Last Emperor (1987). Storaro is one of three living persons who has won the award three times.
