Pizza Masterclass at Al Vesuvio Restaurant

Organized by Little Italy Ltd and Al Vesuvio Restaurant, this Pizza Masterclass will give you the chance to really learn how to make an authentic and delicious pizza in your own house. The expert pizza chef Michele Hogas, certified by ‘Accademia Pizzaioli Italiani’, will go through different types of pizza such as pizza alla pala, pizza alla pala gourmet, pizza alla teglia, pizza alla teglia gourmet and focaccia Genovese. It is a hands-on cooking class so you will learn everything step by step, from making and kneading the perfect dough to rolling, seasoning and cooking your pizza.
Due to the 48-hour resting time fundamental for a high-quality pizza, you won’t be able to enjoy your pizza straightaway but you can bring your own dough home and cook it for your friends or family. Pizzas made by Al Vesuvio’s chef will be served together with a refreshing Italian beer.
