11TH WEEK OF THE ITALIAN CUISINE IN THE WORLD

The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is one of the longest-running thematic initiatives promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

Launched in 2016 to ensure continuity with the themes of Expo Milano 2015 – quality, sustainability, food safety, territory, biodiversity, identity and education – the initiative enhances each year the excellence and internationalization of the Italian food and wine supply chain. Through an annual theme, the initiatives promote the products and traditions of local territories, the protection of safeguarded designations, the sustainability of production processes and Italian food and wine itineraries.

This year as well, the initiative will take place in Dublin in the month of November. Further updates on the programme, dates and times will follow on our page.
