Temporary use of the Institute’s premises

The Italian Institute of Culture – Dublin offers the temporary use of its premises for congresses, seminars, cultural events, and scientific activities, subject to a rental fee (in accordance with Dir. P.C.M. 20 December 1999 and D.P.R. no. 54/2010).

Rooms are available during the Institute’s opening hours, subject to availability and prior booking.

Monday to Friday: 10:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:00


Bellini Hall – 55 seats

  • Equipped with CD/DVD player, projector, and amplification system

  • Includes a Kawai piano (reserved for professional use). The piano may be rented for rehersal performed by musicians of proven experience. The tuning service, if required, is at the musician’s expense. Tuning must be carried out during the Institute’s opening hours by a qualified professional.

Rental Fees:

  • Daily rate: €150

  • Hourly rate: €75 (Please note: any fraction of an hour will be charged as a full hour.)


Classrooms  – 12–15 seats

  • Equipped with Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) and Internet connection.

  • Suitable for seminars and small-group activities

Rental Fees:

  • Daily rate: €80

  • Hourly rate: €25
    (Please note: any fraction of an hour will be charged as a full hour.)


The rental fee is calculated on a daily basis for each event organized. Specific hours must be agreed upon with the administrative office.
