Temporary use of the Institute’s premises

The Italian Institute of Culture – Dublin offers the following services subject to a fee (see Dir. P.C.M. 20 December 1999 and D.P.R. no. 54/2010):

– temporary use of the Institute’s premises for hosting congresses, seminars, cultural and scientific activities;

– temporary use of the Institute’s premises for social activities, i.e. for celebrations.

The following spaces can be rented, subject to availability and during our opening hours:

  • 2 classrooms (Aula 3 and Aula Mews), equipped with interactive whiteboard (IWB). Use: seminar activities; maximum capacity: 12 to 15 people/seats
  • Pavilion Hall, equipped with wi-fi system, CD/DVD player, projector, and amplification system. Maximum capacity: 55 people/seats. In the room there is also a Kawai piano, reserved for professional use: it is possible to rent the use of the instrument for concerts, with musicians of proven experience, to be organized in the Pavilion Hall.

The required rental fee is calculated on a daily basis, for each event organized. Please arrange the hours with the administrative office (see email addresses above).
