The Legazione della Accademia Italiana della Cucina – Dublin is organising a special dinner dedicated to the authentic flavours of Sicily and the excellence of the Italian culinary tradition.
Founded in 1953, the Accademia Italiana della Cucina is an institution whose mission is to safeguard and promote the heritage of Italian cuisine as an expression of culture, history, and identity. Through its activities in Italy and around the world, the Accademia celebrates regional culinary traditions while encouraging appreciation of authentic Italian food and wine culture.
For this special occasion, an exclusive menu has been created, inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Sicily. Each course will be accompanied by a carefully selected Italian wine, offering participants a complete food and wine pairing experience.
